It was at a Starbucks patio this past weekend when I knew Michael Vick was really screwed. I saw this “dog loving nation in it's full display”. I saw dog kissing. I saw dogs better dressed than me. See, am from Africa, so this is all new to me. These folks or anyone that reads the 18 page indictment will never forgive Vick. Even worse, just as the other defendants are going to make a plea, you know ESPN any day from now will have one of those special investigative programs, showing us all the grizzly details, and boy are there some nasty stuff in there. Regardless whether he goes to jail or not, I wonder if he can ever recover from this. The only person that comes close is Ray Lewis who has done an amazing job of changing his image since the murder charges. Oh well, time will tell, but if the jury in this case are like any of those pictured above, you can kiss Vick’s career goodbye.
